VMC Handles Multi-Angle Turning, Milling and 5 Face Machining in One Process (Watch Video)

Texmac Machine Tool's multi-tasking ML-15 is equipped with 3 Linear and 2 rotational axes. The C axis is able to rotate at 2,500 RPM which enables turning and milling processes in a single operation. Multi-angle turning, milling and even 5 face machining can be integrated into one process by the ML-15.

The machine features an ergonomic swiveling operation panel for easy operation. There is a wide front door for easy loading and unloading. Side door is convenient for tool center point calibration.

The arm type ATC magazine allows for high-speed tool changes with random tool selection. A 5" or 6" hydraulic clamping chuck is available with air blast and air seal detection.
